B.Manley Amazing shots which impressed shaq ... and all of us

The video we posted earlier this week of the “King of H.O.R.S.E. Trick Shots”, aka Bruce Manley, really blew up. It wasn’t long after Shaquille O’Neal himself saw the video that he twittered a challenge to Manley. Shaq wants to play Manley in a game of horse for $1000. We love Shaq for his twittering, and we love the concept of this challenge even more.

We have just heard from Bruce Manley’s rep, Thomas Litteer (who also happens to be the guy that shot and edited the videos), and Manley has decided to accept Shaq’s challenge to a game of H.O.R.S.E. The two are currently in discussions about the where and when of the event, but its looking like they will for sure be having the game in July.

June 15 -- Ex-NBA star Jerome "Junkyard Dog" Williams and ex-WNBA All-Star Andrea Stinson opened the 'SportsUnited' basketball clinic at the Zain Bahrain Basketball Arena in Um Al Hassam, Bahrain.

The event was attended by around 200 enthusiastic aspiring young basketball players, both boys and girls, who will participate in basketball drills and engage in dialogue with the two stars.

The clinic is part of the US Department of State's Sports Envoy Program 'SportsUnited,' which was organized by the US Embassy of Bahrain in cooperation with the General Organization for Youth and Sports, the Bahrain Basketball Association (BBA) and the Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Department.

Williams and Stinson addressed the youngsters after being formally introduced to the admiring Bahraini youths. They then conducted a short on-the-court clinic preview, and Williams thrilled onlookers with a rim-rattling one-handed slam dunk. Williams, played in the NBA for nine years, first with the Detroit Pistons and later on with the Toronto Raptors, Chicago Bulls and New York Knicks.
